Punakaiki Rocks Hotel Project, West Coast South Island
An exciting, strategic location adjacent to the sensational Pancake Rocks and Blowholes at Punakaiki on the rugged West Coast of New Zealand’s South Island. The complex included a restaurant, bar and conference centre with 27 managed investment apartments intended for on-selling to independent investors.
To finance the project, the developer was required to sell 13 apartments prior to commencement of construction.
However, after some time, no units had been sold and Mike Shine was contracted to reignite the project.
Mike’s coordinated marketing achieved the required sale of the apartments necessary to enable commencement of the project. It also resulted in the unconditional sale of the entire 27 apartments to investors from within New Zealand and abroad.
